A senior accountant with Ernst & Young in the early 90’s, he ran his own 25 person firm for 10 years, specializing in serving small business, overseeing numerous transactions exceeding $150 million in deal value. He then purchased an ongoing manufacturing and distribution company in Cleveland, Ohio which included the selling of snow plows and snow melting equipment. After 7 successful years, Rick sold his operations and considered early retirement, which he instead traded in for an extended vacation and now enjoys helping those in the snow industry make the most of their financial success and business opportunities as a member of The Allin-Team. Email: rick@johnallin.com MIKE GRYGO Over thirty years ago while still in high school, Mike started providing professional advertising, photography and video services from his parents' garage and landed a short subject film on HBO while in college. He won a national Telly Award for a sales documentary video on wind energy in 1991 and made similar films following architectural projects including those of Donald Trump. Today, Mike is a veteran of marketing and advertising, writing and creating all elements that make up a project, from conceptual design to finished product for videos, CD-roms, brochures, flyers, magazine ads, e-postcard campaigns and websites. He has proudly earned the reputation of an ad agency on two legs and ever since meeting John Allin in 2003 has enjoyed serving a specialized snow industry niche as a member of The Allin-Team.
